I am Chef Jeremiah Melhor, a Private Executive Chef with 25 years of culinary experience. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Culinary Institute of Michigan in 2018 and have earned multiple professional credentials, including ACF Silver Medal recognition, Certified Culinarian, Certified Sous Chef, and Certified Chef.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in respected kitchens and private clubs, including The Capital Grille in Sarasota, The Mad Hatter on Sanibel Island, Hyannisport Club in Cape Cod, Café L’Europe in Sarasota, Laurel Oak Country Club, and Bohemios Tapas as an Executive Chef in St. Petersburg.
